The Galvatron

A giant clock! Made from an old mahogany cased galvanometer. Now featuring 4 of the beautiful hand made RZ568M Nixie tubes, and the design brief was to make it look like a piece of dangerous electrical equipment!

It also has the original instrument inside, and this can be illuminated with the throw of a switch. On the front, the original galvanometer display has been turned into a sound activated VU meter, with a little microphone built into the bottom of the casing.
