Racal Pulse Receiver Clock

Made to look like a key piece of control equipment from the lab of an Evil Scientist! 

Originally a piece of old military test equipment from the starting points page, and then a clock was added along with a srolling LED message display and a matrix of LED's for a never ending pattern display. All then housed in a purpose made oak case.
