Mini Mesmeriser

I was asked to convert this little clock into a Nixie Clock originally, but the dial was just to small to accommodate the 4 Nixie tubes and associated electronics.
Instead, I fitted a miniature Mesmeriser display panel and a microphone at the back of the clock, so it now sits there providing a constantly changing display depending on the ambient noise.

As a finishing touch, the original clock components were used to decorate the front of the piece.
