Lightwave

Made as a collaborative piece with Intrepid Design, Steve Sherwin Mechanical Art and myself. 

An animated sculpture made from reused aircraft parts, the body being a section of an aileron, and the top section made from polished titanium turbine blades.

Called 'Lightwave' as the glow of the light follows the kinetic motion of the turbine blades. Infinitely adjustable for speed and colour.
